BE DEFENDED, NOT PROCESSED!
- Domestic Violence:
-
Domestic battery/violence cases carry a powerful stigma, but are often simply part of a spouse's divorce strategy to get you
out of the house and take custody of the children.
- Most no-contact orders are unconstitutional!
-
When you are guilty of domestic battery, I will minimize the damage, especially regarding custody and visitation of your children
and protecting your employment.
- When you are not guilty of domestic violence, I will fight like hell.
- The consequences on the whole family are devastating.
- Misdemeanors:
- Just because misdemeanors are considered minor crimes does not mean they cannot ruin your employment or business.
- Petty theft, DUI, DWP, Paraphernalia, No-Contact order violations are some of the most harmful to your future, even
though they are not usually felonies.
- Get advice and solid representation for all probation issues, especially
probation violations.
- Felonies:
- Experienced felony and misdemeanor
trial attorney. Grand theft, drug crimes, asault, battery, sex crimes, drug possession or distribution, lewd and lascivious
conduct, attempted murder and probation violations.
- I will believe in you.
- I will be straight with
you.
- Substance Abuse Crimes:
- If you are innocent of drug or paraphernalia
crimes, I will defend you.
- I will not enable you to continue drug or alcohol abuse.
- I will get you
the help you need to rebuild your life.
- I will help the court understand your illness.
- Sex Crimes:
- Lewd and lascivious conduct (L&L), sex abuse, injury to child, and other such crimes
can stigmatize you forever, and the probation for such crimes is especially difficult. I can guide you through.
- Probation Advice and Probation Violations:
- Probation is an especially risky
time for you. Probation officers are often poorly trained and overworked.
- Probation violations require
a lesser burden of proof for the State, and simple mistakes or miscommunications can land you in prison.
- Take
probation violation cases very seriously. But, just because a violation is filed does not mean all is lost.
- Get good advice before your PO calls you. (Always call your PO on your cell phone. That way, you always have a record
of it on your bill.)
